Where do you ship from?

How long does production take?
Production time typically ranges from 1 days to 3 weeks depending on the product. Smaller home decor items usually ship faster, while larger items such as sinks may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery time is:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Estimated total delivery time for most U.S. orders is 4–8 business days.
Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund.

We use stone composite, concrete-based materials, Jesmonite, and other casting materials.
Are your sinks compatible with standard drains?
Yes, our sinks are compatible with standard US 1.75" drain fittings.
