We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
