Shipping Policy

At Perge Studio, we carefully prepare and ship our modern home decor pieces as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Free U.S. Shipping:
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders under $50 are charged a $6 flat rate shipping fee within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

2. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Operating Days:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

3. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery time is:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Estimated total delivery time for most U.S. orders is 4–8 business days.

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Perge Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@pergestudio.com with your order number and any relevant photos if applicable. We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
